Each Nameplate comes with a chrome plated trigger snap and ring (as seen in above picture).
We also have Firefighter Accountability Medical Information Packets available.
Each packet is approximately 1" x 2" water resistant with a self stick backing.
All information is completely confidential because you fill it out and seal it in the packet yourself.
Packets can be ordered separately or with our nameplates.

Each Nameplate can have up to 3 lines on it. The top and bottom lines have a maximum of 19 characters per line and the middle line has maximum of 15 characters. Additional engraving is available on the back side. Please call for price on this.
